On Tuesday, September 26th, 2023, Soelect will host an open house and launching ceremony for the Carolina Battery Institute at its main office in Greensboro, NC. To celebrate these exciting milestones, North Carolina Governor Roy Cooper, State Senator Michael Garrett, and Greensboro Mayor Nancy Vaughan, as well as a wide variety of partner groups will attend the celebration. These include leading industry companies like Toyota, John Deere, and Energizer, workforce and business development organizations like NC Works, Guilford Works, and EDPNC, and even colleges and community colleges, like GTCC, Forsyth CC, Randolph CC, High Point University and UNC-Chapel Hill. Also attending the ceremony will be several Soelect investors and attorney William McKinney from Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd, P.A. The event brings together multiple impactful groups who will work together to bring CBI’s vision of a brighter, faster, and greener future to the Carolinas.
